Neil Cohen is the owner of Sit Means Sit Westchester, serving Fairfield and Westchester Counties from our 5,000 sq ft facility in Valhalla, NY. A former marketing consultant turned certified dog trainer, Neil discovered his passion for dog training after seeking help for his own challenging pet and never looked back.

A licensed speech pathologist for 17 years, Jamie first came to Sit Means Sit as one of Neil's earliest clients. After experiencing firsthand the transformation our methods achieve, she joined the business and now runs daily operations. Her background in behavioral science makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Chris Pennella is our Lead Trainer, bringing expert knowledge and hands-on experience to every session. Chris works with dogs of all temperaments and behavioral backgrounds, guiding owners through the Sit Means Sit program with patience, skill, and genuine love for the work.

Vanessa Felker serves as Director of Finance at Sit Means Sit Westchester, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Her organizational expertise and attention to detail ensure that every client's experience — from first contact to final session — is seamless and professional.

Lexi Newson is a certified trainer with a passion for building confident, well-mannered dogs. She works with a wide variety of breeds and behavioral challenges, helping each dog and owner build a stronger bond through clear communication and consistent training.

Liam Amouzou brings energy, dedication, and a natural connection with dogs to every training session. He specializes in working with high-energy dogs and helping owners establish calm, reliable obedience in any environment.

Iris Mendez is an Apprentice Trainer developing her skills under the guidance of our certified team. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the craft make her a wonderful addition to the staff, and she brings a fresh, compassionate approach to every dog she works with.

Emily is our Training Advisor and often the first voice you hear when you reach out to Sit Means Sit Westchester. She conducts your initial phone consultation, listens carefully to your goals, and helps match you with the right program.

Hannah is a trainer at Sit Means Sit Westchester who brings dedication, warmth, and a genuine love for dogs to every session. She works with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, helping owners build clear communication and lasting obedience.
